Achieving weight loss can be a difficult and daunting task. Before diving straight into the diet plans, there are few things that should be crystal clear before a person starts to change his or her diet pattern.

These are the same lines from my book: “Great Health comes from Exercise & Nutrition.” And I am not reinventing the wheel. For a person to be healthy, and fit both Exercise and Nutrition are equally important, and since there is no yard stick to measure fitness everyone comes with their own definition. A body builder will define a person with great muscle mass as fit, a marathon runner will define a person who can run 42 kilometre within 3 hours as fit, a doctor will define a person fit when all the medical reports are fine, and the person may be fat, or obese, so instead of getting confused and following what others are doing, start with a self motivated plan, listen to what your body says and responds to an exercise plan, and a diet regime.

The plans I will be sharing are generalised and will guide you through. Now if a person has plans for weight loss, then burning more calories than consuming is only a factor, there are numerous other factors, like age, sex, diet pattern, rest, stress, hormonal health, etc., and the list goes on and on. Regarding exercise and Nutrition: These are a few basic things every individual should keep in mind, day in and day out. Or should I say “Learn by heart”

1. There’s no shortcut to success.

2. Slow and steady wins the race.

3. Rome was not built in a day.

4. Consistency is the key.

5. Everyone is an individual.

6. Only natural sources will help you sustain yourself in the long run.

Any sudden & drastic changes in both exercise or diet patterns can be very chaotic and are never recommended, this takes us to points no. 2, 3 and 4. Hence I never recommend a crash diet of lesser calories. If a calorie deficit has to be created, I suggest increasing the burning through exercise.

In summary, if you’re looking for a weight loss plan that is tailored to your unique needs, easy to follow, and gives guaranteed results, our Diet Chart is the perfect solution. With expert guidance and your own dedication, you can lose weight and keep it off for good.
